Theresa holds a wealth of knowledge in the hospitality industry, with over 25 years experience, while her husband Neill brings a diverse range of background knowledge in the ordering & financial area of the business
The business itself has been transformed in the last ten years, undergoing a major refurbishment in the bar area in 2003 to give a relaxed, modern vibe and a major refurbishment in the restaurant in early 2008. This included the installation of skylights, bringing an uplifiting, bright atmosphere
